The review process for conference papers is a critical step in ensuring the quality and relevance of the contributions presented at Annual International Congress on Electrical Engineering. Each submitted paper undergoes a thorough evaluation by two members of the conference’s scientific committee.

  • The scientific committee consists of experts in the field, chosen for their knowledge and experience.
  • Two reviewers are assigned to each submitted paper.
  • Reviewers are selected based on their expertise in the subject matter of the paper.
  • Upon submission, papers are assigned to two reviewers for evaluation.
  • Reviewers assess the papers based on the following criteria:
    • Originality and significance of the research.
    • Clarity and organization of the paper.
    • Methodology and research design.
    • Contribution to the field.
    • References and citations.
    • Ethical considerations.
  • Reviewers are expected to provide constructive feedback to authors.
  • Reviewers should assess the paper’s strengths and weaknesses objectively.
  • Reviewers are required to maintain confidentiality and avoid any conflict of interest.
  • Reviewers provide detailed comments and recommendations for each paper.
  • Based on their assessments, reviewers recommend one of the following:
    • Accept 
    • Accept with minor revisions.
    • Reject.
  • Authors are notified of the review outcomes within the specified timeframe.
  • If revisions are required, authors are provided with feedback to help them improve their papers.

Papers that meet the conference’s quality standards are accepted for presentation at the conference.

At least one author of each accepted paper is required to register for the conference and present their work (Online or In-Person).

Under no circumstances, refunds will be issued after registration. This refund policy is in place to explicitly state that once registered, no refunds will be provided.
